WHAT TO BRING WHEN MEETING WITH US:

Gather your supporting documents so you'll be ready when you meet with us!

The information below shows which documents are normally required.

HOUSE DOCUMENTS NEEDED:

1. If possible please bring all documents from the last closing of your house.
2. However, most importantly we must see:

   The Note and Mortgage from your lender
   Copy of the Deed
   Latest Statement from you lender.
   Insurance information for current policy: Agent, Policy number etc. - We need
       this to cancel it and put the proper policy in place which is a Landlord policy.

    

3. Optionally:

   Survey, Title insurance policy, and settlement documents.
