Eric and Whitney had a big problem.  Eric had just gotten a new job back in Oklahoma (Their home town), Whitney was expecting, but their bran new house wasn't selling! In addition they were in contract to have a new home built! They had just bought the new house thinking they would be in Ohio for years, but when a great job offer came from their home town they could not pass up the opportunity to move back home with friends and relatives, especially with a new baby on the way.  

The problem was that their home had been listed with a realtor for months with no action!   The main issue was that they were still building new homes in their neighborhood and they could not compete with the builder interest rate buy downs.  Even though their house was priced lower than the new homes, the buyers could get a new house, choose all their own options and pay less per month than buying Eric & Whitney's. 

If their house did not sell soon they would not be able to build their new home. Then they got our mailing.  They too were skeptical, but we spoke over the phone and they liked what they heard.  When they came and met with us in our office we went over all the details involved and gave them samples of all our paperwork.  They went home, researched everything we said, called some references, and decided to do business with us.

Well, Today Eric & Whitney are in their new home in Oklahoma with a new baby boy and we took care of their house problem.  Needless to say Eric & Whitney are happy customers of ours!
